Training, experience & credentials

I have been a qualified complementary and holistic therapist for 15 years, specialising in facial and feet reflexology. I am fully registered and insured.

I hold VTCT Level 3 Diplomas in Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Massage.

I trained with global facial reflexology expert Ziggie Bergman and the London School of Reflexology.

My specialist facial reflexology training includes Menopause Relief, Advanced Facial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift and Facial Cupping.

At the end of my training courses I was honoured to receive the prestigious Irene Billingham Trophy for excellence in my field.

I am also a fully qualified Reiki Master Teacher.

I am a proud member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and can be found through their Find a Therapist service.

Cleanliness & Sanitisation

Cleanliness and sanitisation are paramount in the Zen Holistiques treatment room.

Fresh Towels

Fresh clean towels are used for every client. Facial and foot towels are washed after every use.

Professional Sanitisation

Crystals and equipment are cleaned and sanitised. Stainless steel tools are sanitised using professional procedures including Barbicide.

Individual Files

Nail and foot files are individual to each client and never shared, helping to prevent cross contamination.

A little note about appointments

Cancellation Policy

As I only work two days each week, every appointment is incredibly valuable to my small holistic business.

I completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Missed appointments without notice may be charged at the full treatment price.

I understand that genuine emergencies happen, and these will always be considered with understanding and discretion.
